How We Work
Welcome to Ray-Tech International, where we bring your embroidery visions to life with precision and expertise. To ensure smooth collaboration and exceptional results, we adhere to the following guidelines:
- Standard Samples: Our standard samples are crafted on minimatt fabric, offering a representation of the design. However, please note that actual results on the final garment may vary depending on the fabric used.
- Free Sample Policy: With every order, we provide two complimentary samples on minimatt fabric upon request. Should additional samples be desired, a fee will apply. Furthermore, if a sample on the same material as the apparel is requested, an additional charge will be incurred.
- Client Approval: Prior to commencing work, all samples must be signed off or virtually approved by the client or reseller. Any discrepancies regarding the logo, placement, or size, which deviate from the agreed-upon specifications, will not be the responsibility of Ray-Tech International. Additional charges may apply for alterations.
- Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for each order will be determined upon placement, considering various factors:
- Size and complexity of the design
- Digitizing duration
- Quantity and types of apparel
- Number of designs per garment
- Client’s approval of the sample
- Current workload
- Rush Orders: In cases where time is of the essence, we offer expedited services. However, a Rush Fee will be applied based on the urgency and complexity of the order.
- Order Retrieval: Ray-Tech International will not assume responsibility for any orders left in our shop for more than 30 days without prior arrangement. It is the client’s responsibility to make suitable arrangements for order pickup or storage.
